FAQ
Our Pies
Are your pies fresh or frozen? Can I freeze them?
Our pies are always made fresh, never frozen. We don’t use preservatives or load up on sodium, so we don’t recommend freezing. That said, pies can be frozen if tightly wrapped and enjoyed within 3–4 weeks. Just keep in mind: ingredients like potatoes and sautéed onions may change in texture after freezing.
How long will my pie last in the fridge?
Fresh pies should be enjoyed within 5–6 days. Keep them tightly covered or stored in an airtight container for best freshness.
What sizes do your pies come in?
- Personal Pies (5-inch) – individual size
- Savor & Share Pies (9-inch deep dish) – feeds 4–6
Do your pies contain preservatives or artificial ingredients?
Nope. Just real food, real flavor—fresh vegetables, quality meats, and house-seasoned sauces. No fillers, no shortcuts.
How do I reheat my pie?
We include reheating instructions with every pie box and on each product page. Most of our pies reheat beautifully in an oven or air fryer at 350–375°F for 8–12 minutes. Detailed directions vary by pie type, so check your label or the online instructions.
Can I customize a pie or request substitutions?
You’re welcome to enter special requests in the notes box at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible. That said, we generally do not offer substitutions, as each pie is thoughtfully developed and tested for flavor and consistency. We’re always listening, though—and many of our new creations are inspired by customer feedback!
Dietary Options
Do you offer gluten-free pies?
Yes! We offer gluten-free versions of select pies—currently available in our Pie-Roni and The Classic. We use high-quality gluten-free crusts and prepare them with care. Just note: while we handle gluten-free ingredients carefully, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility.
Do you offer vegetarian options?
Definitely. We rotate several vegetarian pies through our seasonal menu, like The Entanglement and The Herbalist.
Do you have vegan options?
Not at this time. Many of our pies contain dairy or egg ingredients. We’re always testing new ideas, though—so keep an eye out for future updates!
