Refund policy

As our product is perishable and baked, our refund policy is as follows:

Jubilee’s Pot Pies guarantees a fresh quality product delivered straight to your door. Ordered goods are always delivered homemade fresh and packaged so they will arrive in optimal condition. 

Any order that you deem unsatisfactory due to quality, please immediately contact/email Jubileespotpies@gmail.com, within 24 hours of receiving your order, to discuss the option of a replacement order or refund. All refund requests on perishable goods are investigated, case by case.
